Hamerton anr to Bagnell
Regd the 15th day of Feby 1723 at 11 oclock in the forenoon

Memorandum that Robert Hameton of Hameton in the County of Tipperary Esqr and Richard Hamerton of Ballyneale Esqr by indented deed duly executed and bearing date the tenth day of August in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and twenty three for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand four hundred and thirty pounds Steg to him the said Robt Hamerton in the hand paid by Edward Bagnell of Shanreghen in the said County Gent and of the sum of ten shillings Sterg in the hand paid by the said Edward Bagnell unto the sd Richard Hamerton at or before the Ensealing and delivery of the said receipt of which said several sums of one thousand four hundred and thirty pounds and ten shillings Sterg the said Robert and Richard Hameton did thereby severally acknowledge did give grant and confirm unto the said Edward Bagnell one annuity or yearly rent charge of Seventy four pounds lawful money of Great Britain to be yearly issuing aand going out of the lands of East Shanreghen West Shanreghen and part Killcaroony and also out of all and singular, other the messuages houses Edfices buildings lands tenemts meadows pastures closes woods underwoods mountains amd other herediments and appurtences whatsoever to the lands and premisses belonging or anywise appertaining to have hold and yearly to receive take enjoy the said annuity or yearly rent charge of seventy four pounds Sterg to the said Edward Bagnell his heirs and assigns for ever payable yearly At two usual feasts or times in the year that is to say all the feasts of All Saints And St Philip and Jacob yearly by even and equal portions the first Paymt Thereof to begin and be made at the feast of All Saints next ensuing the date of The said Deed in which said Deed is a clause of Distress as also s covent That they the said Robt and Richard Hamerton shall and will before the end of next Nichas Term next ensuing the date thereof in due form of law acknowledge and levy before the Justices of His Maty's Court of Common Pleas in Ireland one fine sur Concess according to law and the usage of the said Court unto the said Edward Bagnell of the said Rent Charge of Seventy four Pounds Per annum to be Issuing and going out of all and singular the aforesaid lands tenements Hereditamts amd premises which said fine should be adjudged esteemed & Taken to be and ensure to the said Edward Bagnell his heirs and assigns for the Better strengthening and confirming unto him the said Edward Bagnell the sd Rent charge of seventy four pounds per annum and which said deed is witnessed by William Connor of Glyneconnor in the County of Tipperary Esqr and by Richd Shaw of the same Gent and the said memoriall by the said Wm Connor and by John Connor of Glyneconnor aforesaid Gent
