Heany et al to Wood

A memoriall of an indented deed of release to be registered in pursuance of the ss two acts An indented deed of release dated the fourteenth day of February one thousand seven hundred and twenty three Edward Heany of the city of Dublin Gent and Wm Heany of said city groser of the one part and William Wood of Aughakillmore in the county of Cavan Gent of the other part purporting a deed of Release from said Edward Heany and William Heany unto Wm Wood his heirs and assigns of all the fourth part of Clinmahon and said county of Caban with all the rights members and appurtences therein to belonging containing by estimation twenty acres be the same more of less granted released and confirmed by the said Edwd Heany and Wm Heany unto the said Willm Wood his heirs and assigns for ever and for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty pounds Sterg all which premisses are in said mentioned to be in the actual possession of the said Wm Wood by virtue an indenture of Bargain and sale to him thereof made for the term of one year bearing date the day before the date of said deed of release pursuant to the statute for transferring uses in to possession which said deed in witnessed by Thomas Statford of Carrick in the county Cavan gent and James Heany of the city of Dubblin Gent

The above named Thomas Stratford maketh oath that he saw the deed o release whereof the above writing is a memorial duly executed by all the partys thereto and also saw the above named Edward Heany sign and seal the sd memoryak and that this dept is subscribing witness of sd deed and memll and delivered the said meml to Mr Wm Parry Depo Regr the fifteenth day of Febry 1723 at or half past an hour after nine aclock in the forenoon Thomas Stratford Jur 15 die Feby 1723 cor me Will Parry Dep Regr
