Green to Chamney
Regd the 4th day of Decr 1723 at 5 a clock in the afternoon

A memoriall of deeds of lease & release indented bearing date respectively the seventeenth & eighteenth days of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred twenty & two made between Thos Green of Rahera in the county of Catherlough Gent of the one part & John Chamney of Sheeleleigh in the county of Wicklow Gent of the other part whereby the sd Thos Green in consideration of the sum of forty pounds Sterg to him paid by the sd John Chamney hath given granted and bargained sold remised released & confirmed unto the said John Chamney all that one messuage or tenemt with garden & appurtances thereunto belonging situate lying & being in the town of Atherdee in the county of Lowth together with the proportion of the Comons thereunto belonging now in the possion or occupation of Mr Wm Green by virtue of a lease thereof (whereof there are about thirteen years unexpired & all the right title interest claim & demand whatsoever of him the sd Thos Green unto the same to have & to hold the premes with their appurtances unto the said John Chamney his heirs & asss for ever subject to a condition or clause of redemption that upon the paymt of the sd sum of forty pounds & the interest thereof the said deeds of lease & release to be void & of none effect Which sd deeds of Llease & release are witnessed by Edwd Chamney of Sheelelagh in the county of Wicklow Gent & James Nowlan of Rath in the sd county farmer and this memorial is witnessed by the sd Edwd Chamney & Thos Coles of Gorey in the County of Wexford Gent

The above named Edwd Chamney maketh oath that he saw the sd Thos Green duly execute the deeds of lease & release (whereof the above writing is a Memll) & also saw the sd Thomas duly sign & seal the sd memll and that this dept is a subscribing witness to the sd deeds & memll and delivered the same to Mr Wm Parry Deputy Regr on Wednesday the 4th of Decr 1723 at five a clock in the afternoon Edwd Chamney Jur eir me 4o die Decis 1723 Will Parry Dep Regr
