White to Oakes
Regd the 4th day of Decr 1723 at 12 a clock at noon
A memoriall to be registered of a minit dated the Nineteenth of December One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty & one made between Anne White of the city of Dublin Widdow of the one part & Daniell Oakes of Kilmechell in the County of Wexford of the other part whereby the sd Anna White for & in consideration of the Rents & Covenants therein mentioned did demise & set to the sd Daniel Oakes that part of the Bog & Warren of Cohore & Ballynemoney then in the possession of Gabriel Turner situate in the Barony of Ballykeene & County of Wexford for the Term of Sixty One Yers from the twenty fifth of March next ensuing the date of the sd instrument yieldg & paying to the sd Anne White the yearly rent of sixteen Pounds for the first ten years & seventeen Pounds Per ann for the remaining said term payable half yearly & Twelve pair of Rabbits yearly of ten shillings in lieu thereof the witnesses to the sd minit are Henry Mead of the City of Dublin Mercht & Elizabeth Baxter wife of Wm Baxter of the City of Dublin Gent & the witnesses to this memll are the sd Henry Mead & Richd Connell Clk to Francis North Jn Witness whereof the sd Daniel Oakes hath hereunto put his hand & seal

The above named Henry Meade maketh oath that he saw the above named Anna White & Daniel Oakes duly sign seal & execute the above mentioned Minit (whereof the above writing is a memll) ant that he this dept is a subscribing witness thereto & also saw the sd Danl Oakes duly sign & seal the above memll and the same was delivered to Wm Parry Deputy Regr on 4th day of Decr 1723 at or near Twelve a Clock at Noon Henry Meade Jur 4o die Decemberis 1723o Cor me Will Parry Dep Regr
