Sharp to Walmsley
Regd the 3d day of Decr 1723 at a quartr of an hour after 3 a Clock in the afternoon

A memoriall of an assignment & Attornmt dated the twenty seventh day of July one thousand seven hundred and twenty three perfected by Daniel Sharp of the City of Dublin Gent to James Walmsley of the same mercht which recited that the said Sharp had perfected a bond in the penalty of four hundred pounds unto the said James Walmsley together with a warrant of Attorney for confessing judgmt thereon and that the sd James Walmesley had thereupon as of Easter term one thousand seven hundred and twenty three obtained a judgement against said Sharp for the said sum of four hundred pounds debt besids costs of court as by the sd Judgmt may more at lage appear and the said Sharp having failed to pay of the same or any part of the principal interest & costs due on the said Judgmt he the said Walmesley thereupon took out an Elligitt as of Michas Term one thousand seven hundred and twenty two directed to the Sherrf of the County of the City of Dublin by virtue whereof the said Sherrf extended a moiety of sevll houses backsides gardens & lots of ground amongst the rest one house in Coles Alley near meath street then & now in the possession of Joseph Busher at the rent of thirteen pounds per ann one of other house in Coles Alley aforesaid then and now in the poss'ion of Joseph Ireedall at the rent of eight pounds per ann one other house in Coles Ally aforesd in the possion of Thos Lyons at the rent of nine pounds per ann and further recited that the sd Shaep by subscribing his name & affixing his seal thereto and also the tenants names who are thereto subscribed being tenants to said Daniel Sharp for the premss above mentioned did for themselves & each & every of them their Exrs Admr & asss at the proper request of the sd Daniel Sharp Attorn Tenants unto the sd James Walmesley for their sevll and respective holdings & Tenemts before mentioned situste lying & being on the south side of Coles Alley in the suburbs of the City of Dublin and that the said James Walmesley was to continue possed of the sd holdings & to receive the rents issues & profitts thereof from the twenty fourth of June one thousand seven hundred & twenty three for & untill he the sd James Walmesley was paid the principle interest & costs mentioned in the sd deed (vizt ) two hundred & sixty four pounds sterg and which deed was witnessed by Benjamin Gale & Daniel Ryan of the city of Dublin Gents

The above named Daniel Ryan came this day before me & made oath that he saw the above named Daniel Sharp duly perfect seal and execute the assignmt & Attornmt in the above memll mentioned the day & year above mentioned and that he likewise saw the sd James Walmsley sign & seal the above memorial and that the name Daniel Ryan subscribing as awitness to the said menll was delivered to Mr Wm Parry Deputy Register the third day of December 1723 at the hour of five of the clock in the afternoon of the sd day Daniel Ryan Jur 3o die Decembris 1723o Cor me Will Parry Dep Regr
