Regd the 3d day of Decr 1723 at a quartr of an hour after 3 a Clock in the afternoon

A memoriall of a deed poll bearing date the twentysixth day of Sepr one thousand seven hundred twenty three endorsed on articles indented bearing date the eight day of March one thousand seven hundred & twenty made between William Watson of Ballynamattagh in the County of Kildare Farmer of the one part & James Donnelly of Edenderry in the Kings County Gent & Wm Donnelly of Martinstown in the sd County of Kildare Gent of the other part By which sd deed poll the sd William Donnely yn by the name of Wm Donnelly of Clonbrock in the Kings County Gent in consideration of One Pound Sterg to him paid by the sd James Donnelly did for him his Exrs Adms & Asss transfer & makeover all his right title interest & demand whatsoever which he might have of and in the sd indented articles of the town & lands of Clonbrock with the lands commonly called Fenns situate in the Barony of Collystown and Kings County aforesd in & by the sd articles joyntly & severally granted to the said James Donnelly & Wm Donnelly their Exrs Admrs & Asss to him the sd James Donnelly his Exrs Admrs & Asss during & unto the full end & determination of the sd articles which sd deed poll is witnessed by Robert Welsh of Eddendery [sic] in the Kings County Gent and James Quin of Mount Rice in the county of Kildare Gent and this memorial is witnessed by the sd James Quin and Thos Quin his son

The above named James Quin maketh oath that he is a subscribing witness to the Deed Poll (of which the above writing is a memorial) and also to the sd Memll & saw the sd Deed Poll executed by the sd William Donnelly and also saw the sd James Donnelly sign & seal this memll and that the sd memll was delivered to Mr Wm Parry Deputy Regr on the 3d day of Decr 1723 at or near quarter of an hour after three a clock in the afternoon James Quin Jur 3o die Decembris 1723 cor me Will Parry Dep Regr
